Our Process and Services

When will I receive my resume? +

Once we receive and check the files you provided us with, we will send you an email stating that we start to work on your order. You will receive the resume within 2, 3 or 5 working days or earlier (everything depends on the selected urgency of your order). You may approve the first version of your new resume or request a revision.

In what formats will I receive my new resume? +

We will send you the resume in both .doc/.docx and .pdf versions. While the .pdf is the best one for printing the resume, the .doc/.docx version is the editable one in case you will need to make some adjustments in the future.

How many times can I revise the resume? +

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the final result. That is why we offer free revisions during 45 days after the first draft is provided. In order to do so, please go to your Profile page and choose the order. You will find there a special button to request a revision. Please ensure to provide clear instructions for your writer to get the resume you want!

I want to check your samples before placing an order with you. Where can I do that? +

What is your Collaboration with Employment/Recruitment Agencies service? +

We collaborate with numerous US-based Employment/Recruitment Agencies and can now help you in making the job search process easier. I am still not satisfied with the new resume. How can I request a refund? +

All sales are considered final. We always strive to deliver the best to our clients. That is why we offer our clients to use the unlimited revisions option to ensure the satisfactory result.
