Many companies are likely to reorganize their operations, and many rotations will take place in teams.
The crisis is a golden time for innovators. It makes sense to monitor how similar businesses in the world are acting or to look for new solutions to the problems you encounter in your business, and especially those that customers are talking about.
Of course, it is not just a matter of creating wonderful ideas, but of considering the resources, you need. Businesses are now taking on challenges that have never been the case before — which is why your breakthrough idea, which no one would have heard before, could be salvageable.
It means a willingness to support colleagues who find it challenging to share their problems and to be responsible for the collective result. Be in touch with the team, participate in online activities, and more. Crises are more comfortable to go through in bulk.
Companies are forced to make unpopular decisions that complicate the work of teams. For example, vacancies have been "frozen" somewhere. Therefore, employees cannot rely on the help of a new colleague and have to do all the work, even if there are not enough hands. Make it clear that you do not have to explain the difference between quarantine and vacation — you can work productively even when no one controls every step. It is the best insurance for saving the job.
